• Liaising with Engineering Inspectors, Planners and Management to identify failure modes and define maintenance concepts to adhere to MTI (Maintenance Task Identification) standards. • Producing professional Risk Assessment / Safe Working Procedure documents.• To define job frequencies in order to create maintenance plans, strategy plans and possible multi-inspections to be uploaded onto SAP and scheduled.• Organising and facilitating workshops for engineers to define failure modes.• Defining an Asset Criticality matrix throughout plant configuration based on Production/Quality/Maintenance/SHE adhering to Operation Reports including number of delays/duration/slow running.• Facilitating maintenance workshops with engineering inspectors to define maintenance concepts.

• Data cleansing in order for data to be migrated to SAP systems.• Involved in ‘Get Fit’ Corus 1 Programme.• Extensive knowledge of Rumba system including PES, TEMS, PEDS and PICSES.• Using PES Alterations database on Lotus Notes to adhere to data cleansing.• Liaising with all areas of plant, i.e. Cold Mill, Hot Mill, CS&I etc. to resolve issues. • Restructuring of Plant Configuration including PR, PI and sub-assemblies.• Training personnel to navigate in PES and TEMS.• Organising and identifying obsolete/redundant stock and duplicated or obsolete jobs.
