For more than four years, I have held the role of Business Analyst at QBE Insurance – Australia's largest international insurance and reinsurance group and one of the top 20 insurers and reinsurers worldwide. Throughout this period I have been involved in the development and deployment of a number of key systems, including the company intranet and external websites, through the continual engagement of key stakeholders to identify the changing needs of both the business and its largely B2B customer base.
