During my 3 years working for Crieff Hydro, I have introduced new procedures to streamline the daily running of the cellar; the most recent improvement was the installation of shelving to manage the increasing stock levels, as well as improve the organisation and cleanliness of the cellar.Good communication between departments is vital for any company, and I make sure that everyone knows I’m the “go-to guy” when it comes to beverage. I always do everything I can to assist both my colleagues and guests in a professional, efficient and friendly way.Recently, I have undertaken cellar maintenance training with InServe, which will enable me to maintain and repair equipment in-house, therefore saving the business money, and ensuring a quality product and full availability for our customers. I have also started Risk Assessment training, and have asked to be put forward for the next First Aid training course.I have an excellent relationship with our suppliers, and if there is a problem, I can work with them to rectify it quickly.I have an excellent grasp of Procure Wizard, and understand the importance of accuracy to ensure all stock is accounted for.I am also very proud to have been awarded employee of the month, and received a SMILE award for 2 years of service.
