Involving; development of reporting systems to provide more timely and accurate management information including monthly reporting for individual companies and also consolidated MI, plus specific project/departmental performance reporting; management and development of North East based Finance team with responsibility for all aspects of day to day processing, reconciliation and financial administration; preparation and submission of information to statutory authorities for UK and overseas agencies in relation to vat, employment taxes and statistical returns.May 2015 to present - Start up of a part time on-line sales business specialising in Internet Marketing and Business Educational software reaching customers via online advertising, email and social media.May 2014 to October 2016 - Long term assignment for Care Home Group assisting with set up of shared services head office, accounting systems, transfer of data from previous ownership and validation of completion balance sheet. Ongoing advice on fee calculation and monthly management accounting routines/controls along with roll out of home management package known as Coolcare.
