The Phillips & Huntley Group recently founded has been built upon the roots of an Ohio based subcontracting company and another smaller scale but highly integrated locally based development company. Our roots in commercial construction created a smooth transition for the creation of a strong and smart general contracting and construction management firm. Quickly adapting to the retail environment the firm followed clients nation wide expanding employee experience, understanding of the industry and capability of employees and principals alike. Our continued expansion into the public sector and geographically into Canada and Mexico will assist in further advancing the organizations ties with retailers, developers and municipalities as well.

Developed an existing territory in Akron, Ohio by generating new construction clients, enhancing existing relationships and finding new national account strategies. Brought Ingersoll Rand, Baycor Builders, NE Construction, Shook Construction and other national clients to the Tradesmen International roster of clients. Helped in growing business base while forming new approaches at developing clients and new training techniques for developing sales staff within Tradesmen International.
