• Manage and review employees in UKG/Kronos software• Success payout of unused entitled vacation and holiday deferral for monthly terminations and retirement• Successful payout of unused entitled vacation and holiday deferral on an annual basis for 40,000+ employee’s• Assist in resolving timecard and payroll errors• Assist in resolving issues with weekly payroll run• Identify systems and configuration issues and work with IT team to implement solutions and perform testing• Weekly auditing of payroll system to ensure payroll accuracy• Conduct training sessions covering specified areas of technical specialty• Provide remote and/or onsite support at company locations to new and experienced users• Develop teaching outlines and instructional methods for individual and group trainings• Design and develop assessments to measure progress and effectiveness of training• Develop Task Instruction Documentation and Video based trainings • Maintain Training programs and materials• Software Implementation and end to end testing (Workday, Kronos Version 8)
