Being a Sales District Leader in the NorCal Bins requires me to perform many skills.I lead a team of 15 full time employees and routes and supervise several merchandisers. I perform weekly planning meetings with each employee to make sure they have ordered product and execute the promotion planner for all customers we service. I spend at least 2 days a week in the market with my team insuring quality service is executed, and also help them find ways to reach their sales.One of the jobs I have in the zone is to train all of the new District managers in the skills they will need to run a district, and use the tools required for them daily. As a quest trainer, I insure the quality of all of the district managers in my zone, and I make sure all aspects of the job and tools are properly being utilized.I am also responsible for leading my team to reach weekly sales goals, managing cost reducing waste, and creating a safe positive work environment.I have managed districts across several areas in Northern California including Santa Rosa, Ukiah, Eureka, Yuba City and Chico.I feel one of my top skills managing groups is through achieving goals, and learning the skill to provide the best service and sales for their customers.Being in sales is providing the best service and understanding what we can do to help drive results for our customers.Each day I ask my team to be customer focused and work smart to reach their goals.
