Double hatting as UK Project Lead for a team of 80+ people delivering a 2.5 year business change with significant business process re-engineering and transition from a bespoke solution to a customisable standard. Responsible for leading the UK business organisation throughout, engaging with stakeholders at all levels, preparing and presenting business cases to C level management for investment opportunities.

Responsible for the delivery of cost effective IT and service management across Financial Services in the UK and Nordic region. Additionally responsible for IT contract management application delivery within Region North and India.

Responsible for the strategic growth, development and regional implementation of our bespoke proposal management web based application across the Commercial Finance division.

Have lead multiple pan european business change projects delivering significant cost savings or process improvements while gaining multicultural delivery experience through managing multiple resources across the region as well as external delivery partners. Building and documenting detailed project and resource plans.Producing timely and accurate project documentation in line with Siemens APM accredited PM methodology.Monitoring and controlling project progress against plan and budget, identifying and actively managing change control processes where necessary. Reporting project progress and managing communications to stakeholders. Risk and Issue management according to the PM@Siemens guidelines. Project resourcing and task delegation to ensure timely delivery. Managing resourcing conflicts and additional business resource demands where appropriate.
