Throughout my career in various roles, either in ministry or business, I have prided myself on being able to work with anyone no matter their age, religion, race, sex, or social and economic standing. I hold myself to high standards and am not satisfied until the job is done to completion and then will go above and beyond that. I have gained a wealth of knowledge whilst working in different countries around the world, from initial set up of teams ,working with government agencies to planning and managing large scale events. I have learnt to work with all people groups from around the world. With strengths in communication and people I believe that I can adapt and work within any team to achieve the goal set before me. People are not just numbers, they have a story and if I can listen and help, then I have achieved something that will change their life.
