I am a mental health practitioner who spends the day helping people get closer to healing as a certified Anger Management Specialist, Mental Health First Aid Instructor and Mental Health Coach. I also wear the hat of a screenwriter and film director with an extensive background in theatre as a playwright. I first began as spoken word artist and had the honor of once being apart of a competitive slam team ranking 2nd place in the world's second largest poetry slam in 2014. I am the founder of Creative Connections, an arts education and wellness company servicing schools across America addressing mental wellness.
