I run the FinOps group at Barclays global shared technology, responsible for the business model of GST, ensuring Barclays developers and businesses understand and influence their tech costs, and that GST understands and optimises its total cost of ownership.

I run the Product Management Center of Practice for Citi Technology Infrastructure. Establishing product management processes, best practices and cross-service programs across the bank's technology infrastructure services, including Compute, Storage, Data, Application, Network, and End User

Head of end user platforms product management at Citi. I manage tech deployment strategy and roadmap, total cost of ownership and internal pricing, request management, communications, and our new product inception process for Citi's end user community. Including 500,000 desktops and VDIs, Citi's Microsoft 365 implementation, Windows, Zoom and Citi's technology on-boarding and off-boarding for the 8,000 staff churn at Citi monthly. I also manage Citi's commercial relationship with Microsoft.

Product Management at CitiI run the global technology product management team focusing on desktops and end user technology for campus staff. This includes our physical and virtual desktop environments globally, our campus technology suite for new facilities, and the technology on boarding and off boarding processes for new hires and leavers globally.

Client Infrastructure Services EMEA / Global ICGI run the desktop organisation for EMEA, representing our global desktop products to the EMEA businesses and running key projects - with a spend of more than ten million dollars - such as the migration to Windows 7, Thin Client, Bring Your Own Device etc.

I run the IT Asset Management team at Citi EMEA. We have responsibility for managing and tracking all IT hardware and software assets across the region. I also run globally desktop, video, voice and blackberry asset management across Citi. This includes running major programmes to improve our tools and processes and implement organisational change.

"Regional Applications Manager" for Technology Infrastructure here at Citi. That includes a couple of things - one of which is regional responsibility for Asset and Configuration Management.

Process Architect for the 10,000 person global IT Infrastructure organization at Citigroup. I develop, manage and implement a set of core IT processes based on ITIL across the enterprise, working with the IT senior management team globally. Through this role I was asked by the authors to review and improve the industry standard ITIL v3 "Service Operations" book prior to its publication.
