• Deliver high-quality HR solutions to two Divisional Vice Presidents, 5 Vice Presidents of Regional Operations, 51 District Managers, 600+ Store Managers/teams, and Piercing Pagoda Operations Administration team• Support leaders and recommend strategies/implementation around performance management, succession planning, talent review, and overall HR functions• Serve as an HR point of contact for new-hire, benefits, LOA, compensation, Workday, and other HR topics • Manage and resolve complex employee issues through effective investigations• Assist Operations Administration team with alignment decisions, restructures, workload planning, position creation/implementation, and leadership training
