As the Founder and Director of High Level Wellness, I lead the organization in promoting wellness through creative expression and mindfulness. I oversee program and project development while cultivating community and organizational relationships to support our initiatives. A key component of my role includes grant writing and acquisition, such as the 'Reasonings of Resilience' (2023) project, which uses the arts to support and enhance the well-being of youth and adults.
