As a Store Manager I am responsible for overseeing the daily operations of my store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively. My duties include motivating sales teams with great customer service as well as developing business strategies that will help them achieve success in a competitive marketplace.

Directly leading agents in an uncapped commission environment to meet and exceed West Division sales goals. Have taken on multiple projects to help streamline the Sales COE such as: POC for Twin Cities, email capture rate, the West Division ‘Own It!’ incentive, phase two of mission roll out and POC for I-Pad deployment in the Fife COE.

Duties include sorting, butchering, cleaning, weighing, and boxing various seafood products. May also include guiding product into automated machinery and cleaning or sanitizing the work area.
