Current• Currently work in variety of functions ranging from breakfasts, luncheons, dinners, elegant receptions, VIP personal preference meals, and coffee break buffets with a positive and professional attitude. • Responsible to effectively assist food and beverage service, guest attention, and overall logistics of banquet events by way of set-up, clear communication and teamwork.• Accountable for making function space visually appealing and presenting the menu offering for each event. Duties include linen and table setting, food station design, and beverage service.Duties also include general banquet preparation, room refreshes, maintaining a sanitary and safe environment in both the front and back of the house. • Providing quick and efficient top quality service with open communication to guests through greetings and food service, while being caring and attentive to the needs of each individual.
