As the Vice-President, Head Buyer, and Head of Retail at Mike's Organic, I led a team of over 25 employees who provided fresh, local, and organic produce and groceries to thousands of customers across Connecticut and New York. In this role, I was responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing the highest quality products from over 100 farms and suppliers, as well as managing the inventory, merchandising, and marketing of our retail store and e-commerce platform. I am passionate about promoting organic farming, healthy eating, and environmental sustainability. I had successfully increased the sales, customer retention, and satisfaction of our retail and online store by implementing innovative strategies, fostering strong relationships, and delivering exceptional service.
