I lead group projects with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. I'm knowledgeable in CMMS software. I have received multiple trainings on the eMaint platform and specialize in system administration, asset creation, work management and preventative maintenance. I created PM’s for the department, and managed schedules related to completing them. I worked on the asset side of the software getting all equipment in the system, setting up PM schedules and work descriptions, and monitoring equipment history. I assisted, wrote and helped implement Policy. This includes both inside the Facilities department as well as interdepartmental policies. I'm knowledgeable in building systems and operations.
