Life Sciences Department instructor of BIO 10: Introduction to Principles of Biology to college students majoring in life sciences. I led lecture and lab lessons. I wrote and proctored exams for students. My goal is to advise and help students learn and conduct science, transfer to Universities, and find fulfilling careers.

I monitored multi-year studies on the effects of algal species diversity on intertidal community function and structure. I also tracked species invasion success in a a long-term study on exotic and native fouling species by recording species recruitment rates, abundances and diversity.
