I became part of a GREAT team of people! This little store went to become one of the largest Chrysler dealers in Houston!Hired as In-House “secret weapon” Photographer for two Allen Samuels Stores here in Texas to replace the contracted services of Dealer Specialties. I officed out of the Katy Store. As volume increased I focused my efforts solely on the Katy store, then interviewed and hired photographers to assist. Managers frequently referred to my team and I as the “Ghost Squad”, the secret weapon that was integral to secure a winning online marketing strategy that increased sales 107% YOY. This effectively increased our rank from 14th to the 3rd largest Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM store in Houston in less than 2 years! I take pictures, manage data feeds, and produce window stickers for automobiles. I also create and design marketing ads (videos and graphics) for our mass email campaigns. I also manage a photography operation which includes a small team of photographers.I loved the team I was able to be a part of for so many years

• Make sure all sales leads are answered as quickly as possible. Contact all salespersons who have open leads, make sure they are at their desk to handle leads, and assist in answering leads as necessary• Monitor new/used car inventory online.• Maintaining the back end sites for lead source provider sites.• Maintaining all the dealership websites. Create specials as needed• Pull credit applications for sales staff.• Network with all the lead source providers. Make sure that we are receiving all of the leads that we are supposed to. Began as a product photographer, growing to hire and manage a fantastic team of photographers whose work adhered to the highest standards of product photography. Also I was responsible for equipment. Together we created a system emphasizing 1) Quality and 2) Speed to digital market. Lone Star Chevrolet soon became the #1 Chevrolet Dealer in the world!Responsible for full Merchandising (photography, accurate product descriptions, and pricing) across three dealerships within Sonic Automotive. I was responsible for over 3000 units on average daily
