Chris is the founder of this Firm where he represents clients in all facets of general business and corporate matters, including entity formation, asset and stock acquisitions, joint ventures, complex transactional matters, and contract drafting and negotiation. In addition, Chris practices in the areas of commercial and residential real estate, as well as general estate planning matters. Before beginning his law practice, Chris spent several years in the finance and accounting industry. He regularly uses the practical business experience he gained there to better advise his corporate clients.He is admitted to practice in the State Courts of Florida as well as the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Chris is a member of the Florida Bar and the Orange County Bar Association. He is also an approved title agent for Old Republic National Insurance Company and an active member of the Florida Attorney Title Insurance Fund.Chris received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Finance from the University of Florida and his Juris Doctor from Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law
