IT leadership and strategy for a large retail and fuel delivery business. Responsible for all aspects of IT including operations, security, budgets, and compliance.

Responsible for IT Strategy, IT Operations, Tactical Implementation, Budgeting, Security and Systems Development for an $85M non-profit. Led a team of engineers, system administrators and business analysts.I led multiple enterprise-wide transformational projects to success, positioning the Agency to take on new business as well as redesigning back-end processes to support growth.

Chaired the Provost's committee on Technology. Managed the Technical Services department at the Wallace Center at RIT, which included the RIT Libraries as well as the RIT Archives, Teaching and Learning Services, Online Learning, and multimedia production studios. My team supported all servers, clients and systems, including Unix, Apple and Windows servers, 400 PCs, and support/development of many commercial and open source systems and applications. I was also the Technical Director of ConnectNY (www.connectny.info), a consortium of private colleges in New York State that share their library catalogs.

Managed the global WAN for Bausch & Lomb, which included over 30 factories and sales offices worldwide. Supervised a team of network engineers.
