As the Director of Operational Performance I am a high-visibility strategic partner supporting the Siemens RSS RAM Leadership Teams and Business Units with effective execution and project management of critical initiatives across North America. Additionally, the role has leadership and support responsibilities for the 5000+ Operations Managers, Supervisors, Specialists and Technicians for Siemens RSS RAM company.•Drives, coordinates, and supervises execution of internal projects and initiatives across business units and in collaboration with relevant regional and/or global partners.•Leads special projects and ensures action items are completed as required and on time.•Partners with Executive Leadership on emergent topics, meetings, and deliverables including pulling and consolidating relevant data, analyzing trends and implications, and developing impactful improvement measures•Provides analysis, recommendations, and options to the SI RSS RAM Leadership Team regarding high impact decisions.•Develops and handles relationships with key collaborators, including regional, global, and functional executives.•Serves as a thought partner and strategic advisor to the SI RSS RAM Leadership Team, participating in meetings, high-reaching ideas, offering a different perspective, and following up on action items with the team accordingly•Coordinates and ensures regional adherence to requirements for product safety, quality standards, and compliance with all industry and regulatory technical product specifications.•Responds and interacts with corporate & global team members on product safety, quality, and technical product compliance.•Defines and supervises appropriate KPIs and improvement targets together with management and executive leadership.•Standardizes the project related governance processes and facilitates the sharing of resources, methodologies, tools and techniques.•Supports and drives the adherence of workflow policies, guidelines, programs and standards.

•Lead the direct activities of 100+ remote team members including Operations Managers, Operations Supervisors, Engineers, Programmers, and Graphics Designers.•Oversaw the Southeast Zone ZINE technical support team including the Operations Managers, Zone Technical Experts, Network Integration Engineers, Network Integration Specialists, and Digital Deployment Specialists.•Responsible for the cost management of the Zone Technical Center and the cost performance of Smart Infrastructure engineering project business exceeding 2000 projects per year, with a combined revenue of $200M+.•Implemented the Siemens Smart Project Delivery process, Zone Engineering/Estimating Standards, and consistency to achieve One Engineering Deliverable with shorter lead times, lower cost, and improved quality.•Maintained an Ownership Culture rooted in Ownership, Empowerment, and Accountability. Greatly improving our performance in the areas of Quality, Project Scheduling, and Cost Management on projects.•Created and maintained collaborative partnerships between the Zone Technical Center and the 8 branches located in the Southeast Zone. Aimed at training, coaching and mentoring the local Operations and Sales teams on how to efficiently use the Smart Project Delivery process and the Zone Technical Center.

• Plan, organize, direct and control all building automation, fire, and security solutions operations activities to assure profitable growth. Advise management on local operations planning including resource hiring, development and allocation, financial forecasting, monitoring and issue resolution planning.• Manage revenue and gross margin to achieve monthly and annual business plans. Monitor project status and control job costs to maintain margins.• Provide technical and operational support for the sales teams including proper pricing and scope of work definition for solutions project opportunities. Communicate regularly with customers through all phases of the project work we perform for them. Build and maintain an effective operations organization committed to customer and employee satisfaction and profitable growth.• Represents Siemens in industry associations, professional organizations and affiliations and develops relationships with customer, contractors and community leaders.

• Responsible for programming and designing graphical displays within the design and fiscal parameters set forth by the Engineering Team and Project Managers.• Responsible for creating the required commissioning documents that are used during the startup and commissioning process to document the validation of the installed equipment and programming.• Provides guidance and insight toward the development of proper testing plans, monitors the installations and data analysis of all projects.• Provide support for the production and review of project specific As-Builts based upon initial project construction drawings and field modification mark-ups.

• Performed and assisted with the installation and checkout of electric and electronic components for installed jobs associated with automatic building control systems, fire management, security CCTV, audio and energy management systems. • Responsible for managing teams of up to 10 installers with the installation of the conduit, wire cable, equipment, components, and devices associated with fire, security, and energy management systems. • Responsible for the electrical and electronic estimating, ordering and acknowledging job material orders, and job scheduling.
