With 19 years of hands-on experience in public works, I bring a wealth of knowledge in, street maintenance, park maintenance and infrastructure projects. Throughout my career, I have successfully managed the planning, execution, and oversight of various public works initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.My experience spans across maintaining and improving transportation infrastructure, coordinating construction projects, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of street maintenance. I am adept at negotiating and managing contracts, working closely with contractors, vendors, and government agencies to achieve optimal results.In addition to my technical proficiency, I am committed to promoting efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability in all projects. My ability to lead teams, navigate complex challenges, and drive continuous improvement has been instrumental in achieving success in both routine maintenance and construction projects.I am passionate about contributing to the development and maintenance of vital public infrastructure, ensuring that communities have safe, reliable, and well-maintained roads, parks and facilities.
