Responsibilities:• Reporting to Group Managing Directors • Recruitment, training and management of a team of 15 -25 employees, responsible for all aspects of selling and providing the baggage service across four separate brands • Setting targets and associated commission structure• Setting International Sea and Air Freight Tariffs in conjunction with managing domestic collection and warehousing costs in order to deliver required profitability at a competitive price point• Regular communication and negotiation with agents both domestically and abroad to achieve best rates and service, identifying and adopting new providers where opportunity exists. • Lead generation; working with Marketing and also through 3rd party SEO consultants • Regularly updating content on company websites, leasing marketing and IT departments on areas for future development• Resolving all escalated customer complaints and generating positive customer feedback on Trustpilot

Assist Sales Manager to the Baggage Sales Department, running three international removals brands namely Anglo Pacific International, Pickfords Baggage and 1st Contact Shipping.Responsibilities- Reporting to Department Manager and Group Managing Directors- Sales training of all new staff members- Managing monthly, weekly and weekend staff rosters- Assisting staff with daily tasks- Cover for Department Manager and other staff on annual / sick leave

- Advising and helping customers with small and medium overseas moves via sea, road and air freight- Organising quotes and bookings- Scheduling deliveries and collections using internal drivers and contractors- Advising on packing and shipping options- Writing and settling invoices- Helping with customs process at destination- Dealing with issues and complaints- Working towards targets and KPIs with deadlines
