I am currently the Regional Sales Manager for Resource Options Inc - Construction Division. In this role, I am responsible for developing and executing business strategy for new clients and acquiring new business with existing clients. I provide strategic direction to our recruiting staff managers while aligning our teams financial, service, and operations initiatives to support our company goals. I provide field oversight to our contract staff to ensure we are meeting customer demands in a safe and efficient manner. Over the course of my career, I have worked in several different customer-facing roles. I began as a Sales Coordinator and then continued as a Sales representative, Territory Account Manager, and Division Manager.I received a bachelor of science degree and a master’s degree in business administration. I am married with 2 boys and enjoy skiing, skating, and working around the home.
