As an accomplished business leader, I am dedicated to creating operational excellence for large-volume service and production units. I add value by adopting technologies, tools, and process innovations that create efficiency gains and improve the quality of services rendered while enabling business growth and optimizing client satisfaction/retention.In 2022, I was engaged by TEC Equipment to open two new locations in South Dakota and Iowa, building a talented team of 45 professionals to provide maintenance and repair services for Volvo semi-trucks. Since then, I have grown these new businesses to handle services for 15 fleet clients and hundreds of individual owners/operators. I am currently scouting for new sites/locations to expand business further in the area. I am passionate about identifying high potentials and developing associates in order to foster a culture of continuous improvement while ensuring all team members realize their full potential. I am known for empowering teams through open communications and collaboration, ensuring they meet or exceed all performance metrics. Additionally, I excel in communicating exciting and realistic visions of the future while showing the benefits of moving forward and energizing collective efforts. I have developed and lead multiple kaizen/continuous Improvement projects while maintaining a focus on Lean manufacturing principles that reduced waste and increase profitability. I am always looking for new ways to make things more efficient, consistent, and safer while achieving higher levels of quality and service.I am an Associated Certified Coach and completed an Associate’s in Automotive Technology & Management at Wyoming Technical Institute and Advanced Operations Director Training through the National Automobile Dealers Association. In my free time, I have volunteered with the Delaware Department of Natural Resources planting beach grass and worked on several playground building and landscaping projects for KaBOOM!
