I currently have the responsibility for the total workforce and capacity for the Southeast zone. My team consists of 3 capacity managers and 75 dispatchers supporting 1,500 field technicians. The team is always keeping both our customers and associates in mind to deliver on our promise to both.

I am responsible for maximizing production throughout the region leading the District Manager team to exceed our customers expectations and deliver on the regions KPIs. I also lead a region call center and dispatch team.

My market consisted of 7 stores, with an operations manager and warehouse manager reporting to me. My responsibilities included hiring, training and overall profitability .

Had responsibility for a workforce of 1200 associates including 10 District Managers and 153 stores that generate $220M in sales annually, taking a proactive approach to professional development to drive increases in both individual and team performance. Created a highly effective Mentorship Program designed to drive increases in both individual and team performance, leading to a number of promotions within the West Market. Presidents club award winner for 2015 by leading the company in both sales and profit. Developed a strong selling culture with high focus on customer engagement resulting in the region finishing top 5 in both sales in profit 4 out of the last 5 years. Introduced a region wide “go for no” associate selling strategy, causing the region to lead the organization in average dollar sale the last two years.

Had responsibility for 18 stores that produced $24M in sales, directly influenced the talent development and business results of the store teams. Facilitated a successful on-boarding and development plan for store managers resulting in the lowest store manager turnover rate within the region. Developed a shrink safety initiative to protect associates when selling high dollar merchandise, which was implemented company wide. Created individual development plans with each store manager resulting in increased performance, improved discretionary effort and 3 store managers becoming district managers.
