The idea is to design the learning experience based on learning outcomes and objectives, assessments, and evaluation criteria. The next step is to figure out what tools are needed to build the course. Finally, the content developers use tools like Articulate and Canvas to actually build out the learning experience.Careful consideration is given to the planning phase so that I make sure that all stakeholders are involved, alternatives are assessed, decisions are documented, and a plan is designed in order to abide by those decisions. This step is generally the most time-consuming and where the utmost care is required. After living and studying in Indonesia, I had developed a solid network of professionals to grow and develop eLearning material for women from remote communities to access education online, before being given the opportunity to attend face to face university.On top of that, I would develop eLearning content for the maritime, tertiary education and banking sectors in Java, Indonesia, as well as the tourism industry in Bali, Indonesia.

I successfullydesigned, developed and implemented e-learning material for the Royal Australian Navy.Worked within a small specialised team to develop assessment material. The material reflected available technology and was coupled with advanced reporting methods so that student results were instantaneous and could be followed up quickly.
