While at Eco Logical Australia I Specialised in the full training cycle, from development to delivery, we've championed continuous improvement in our training programs and management systems by developing and delivering technical and leadership workshops, developing the training matrix and facilitating the Graduate's program. Previously, my role at Evolution Hospitality Institute allowed us to create engaging educational experiences that empowered learners. By focusing on the design of effective training initiatives, we cultivated a robust environment where continuous improvement and knowledge sharing became the norm.
