• After a decade focused on Asia, Africa, LATAM and Europe, recalled to US to help revive declining Kantar US Innovation business. Core focus being the front end of innovation and finding ownable opportunity areas.
• Developed a competitively differentiated and scalable innovation narrative, brought to life via business development, white papers, speaking engagements, and the mentoring of client-facing innovation experts. Drove.
• While the US innovation business was initially CPG focused, transformed the innovation strategy business mix to the point where CPG no longer represents the majority of US engagements and revenue.

• Transformed US-originated product line and marketing materials into Asia, Africa, Europe, LATAM relevant go-to-market materials, tailored to unique global client goals and Kantar infrastructure realities.
• Responsible for Kantar’s Innovation Strategy business - managing all business functions (from infrastructure building, building regional hubs, sales and marketing, commercialization, and delivery of excellence).
• Ultimately, transformed the non-US innovation strategy business from one with no sales or infrastructure to a self-sufficient, YOY $11 million business, before returning to North American focus.

• A founding partner of this boutique consultancy, acquired by WPP in 2007. Roles progressed from innovation analyst, statistical modelling developer, IT lead, R&D lead, head of research, COO, partner, to account.
