Integrated Cargo Management is a Supply Chain solution offered to large, high volume customers. The focus is on providing accurate, reliable and timely updates to the shipment process through EDI links with the customer, supplier and carrier. The tool used to manage this solution is called Scout (supplied by GT Nexus). In my role I am responsible for managing and implementing ICM as a solution across the UK.- Manage and develop ICM solution for Schenker UK- Lead implementations on new and existing accounts- Co-ordinate multiple business units across UK, Europe, Asia, Americas- Support sales process on new business (large / medium business)- Conduct customer sales presentations- Highlight areas where ICM can add value to the Customer and/or Schenker- Review workflow processes, advise improvements accordingly- Produce SOP and user documentation- Provide training and support to Key Account teams to maintain and develop customer accounts- Provide training and support to Customers- Data Quality reporting and analysis- Attend customer Quarterly Business Reviews- Support Control Tower development- Trouble-shoot technical and operational issues- Communicate issues, resolutions and changes to internal and external customers.

- Manage inbound and outbound multi-modal logistics operations for high profile customer- High value, high security cargo- Shipment bookings- Produce freight documentation- Prepare customs entries- Arrange deliveries including security escort- Research and provide complicated logistic solutions- Spot quoting- Monthly reporting and invoicing

- First point of contact for customer for all queries/issues- Manage Integrated Purchase Order system (GT Nexus / Scout)- Oversee end-to-end logistics process- Liaise with origin and destination offices across the Schenker global network- Develop and run regular reports in both Schenker system (Scout) and Customer system (SAP)- Monthly invoicing- Develop collaborative relationship with customer- Located in customer head office 5 days a week
