Lead, program and oversee all legal (both statutory and UC policy) compliance for UC Davis Design and Construction Management. All construction projects are capital improvement projects at UC Davis, with construction costs that range anywhere from 1 million dollars to hundreds of millions of dollars. The active roster of construction projects, typically, hovers at around one billion dollars. Additionally, we maintain a very robust, extensive and sizeable portfolio of contracts with consulting firms. Lead, oversee and program a team of construction administration professionals that ensure the legal requirements of every contract are met.
