Reached an audience of some 32.5M people, generated 120M impressions and drove over half a million enquiries. DfT E10 Fuel campaign www.gov.uk/dft/e10-petrol Manage and deliver 'Know Your Fuel' consumer-facing national campaign to prepare motorists for the introduction of E10 petrol, a more environmentally friendly fuel during 2021. Independent research evidenced that all KPIs for awareness and consumer action were exceeded plus earned campaign activity in partnership with the fuel industry valued in excess of £1m. -

It reached 91.8% of it's target audience, measured positive behavioural movement on it's key KPIs and created a partnership network to build upon during future burst of activity. Disabled people face many barriers but the ability to travel should not be one of them. #ItsEveryonesJourney was a campaign aimed at building a more considerate and supportive travel environment for disabled people. A rapid build programme that has moved through phases of insight, creative development and evaluation. Operation Matterhorn Communications ManagerDepartment For Transport (Dft), United Kingdom Sep 2019 - Oct 2019London, United KingdomUrgent Operational Requirement (UOR) in response to the emerging commercial failure of Thomas Cook. I led DFT embeded working within the UK Civil Aviation Authority tasked to triage, manage and provide DfT contribution to the development of a global communications response led by the CAA supported by HMG. Secretly building a ‘pop up’ airline to deliver nearly 750 flights to 55 destinations and return the 150,000 people to the UK over a two-week period, required a significant 24/7 international communications operation that delivered broadcast interviews, print copy, digital assets, social media responses, parliamentary and external affairs engagement.Given the scale of the task, there was also a significant role during the two-week operational phase to coordinate and engage UK aviation sector comms colleagues and the wider HMG responses from cross-Whitehall departments, especially Cabinet Office. -
