CF-L2 Trainer | CrossFit NRG | CrossFit 801 | CrossFit Spearhead | C2X CrossFit• Deliver constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity in individual, small and large group settings. • Involved in daily logistical operations including the management of client safety, equipment maintenance, running scheduled classes and implementing functional fitness programs. • Screen and identify client ability based off of initial assessment, while implementing modifications and scaling protocols that meet personal needs.

• Utilized treatment programs based on theoretical models as it pertains to health, well-being and leisure. • Developed & facilitated recreational outings and groups for patients in residential substance abuse/ mental health treatment to help them reintegrate into a community setting.• Observed, analyzed, and recorded patients' participation and progress during treatment sessions and modified treatment programs as needed, under supervision.• Administered discharge assessments for patients exiting treatment, ensuring healthy leisure measures were in place after the residential setting. • Reported patient outcomes related to intake and discharge assessments to treatment team, medical staff, clinicians and executive director.
