Currently working with a highly talented group of engineers and staff at Lindsey Manufacturing to develop the next generation of high voltage sensors for smart grid applications. High-resolution medical ultrasound experience has allowed me to bring Ultrasonic Non-Destructive Testing (UT/ULS-NDT) into product development and QA/QC.14 years of leadership and project management in industrial and academic laboratories; managing experimental design, regulatory oversight, research finance, acquisition, and personnel management.Academic laboratory experience includes immunotoxin design, modeling (Chimera, Frodock) and conjugation, in vitro/vivo assay development and validation, cell-culture, molecular biology, protein chemistry, chromatography, immunohistochemistry, histology, flow cytometry analysis and separation, hematology, as well as pharmaceutical formulation and compounding.I've worked extensively with disease models developing micro-surgical techniques; cardiac function (carotid/jugular catheterization, pressure sensor implantation, pressure/volume loops, thermodilution, custom catheter fabrication), high-frequency ultrasound (cardiac, kidney perfusion studies, and contrast agent formulation and use), model development (wound healing, scar-reduction, intracranial tumor/T-cell injection), and longitudinal tumor studies.
