I practice shareholder advocacy on behalf of Praxis Mutual Funds, using the rights and privileges conferred by stock ownership to promote corporate policy change, particularly in regard to environment and human rights issues. This includes engaging companies, organizing and strategizing with investor partners, and performing extensive research to back up our advocacy. I also work on our investment screens and manage our proxy voting program. Additionally, I produce reports and oversee research projects to document our stewardship investing program and explore new possibilities.

I also served as a resource for Everence's financial advisor network, providing individuals with information regarding socially responsible investing. Much of my work was dedicated to working with companies we owned shares in to improve their environmental and social policies.
