• The owner and technical project manager of service applications (Cloud Analytics, Billing System & Cloud Remote Access) which solve customer business and technology challenges by analyzing and working with customers.
• Develop and maintain deep understanding of product feature sets and how customers use/consume the service
• Champion product vision and control team activities to ensure delivery of product features
• Build and maintain product cost models
• Create business cases and manage through approval
• Continually perform competitive analysis to understand position in the market

• Management of complex cloud implementation projects via agile/tactical infrastructure build methodologies of orders >$1,000,000 per year of recurring revenue
• Independently manage large (12+) project teams (Customers, Sales, Architects, Engineers, Management, Stakeholders, Support, Operations, Vendors, etc…) for successful implementation of complex solutions
• Continuously evaluate and guide project tasks to maintain timelines and financial forecasts
• Analyze and maintain financial forecasts of orders to meet revenue targets
• Facilitate project status review meetings for large groups of internal and external stakeholders
• Establish and maintain partnership with client to advise executives and facilitate decision making

• Remote management (maintenance, installation and investigation) of client-site servers
• Manage resolution of communication disruptions with network vendors (i.e. Savvis, Radianz, BT)
• Team escalation point for server and support issues (i.e. subject matter expert)
