As the Director of Logistics Operations and Commanding Officer of Formation Logistics, the largest Logistics organization within the Canadian Forces consisting of approximately 525 military and civilian personnel, was responsible for all aspects of logistics and materiel sustainment (including purchase, receipt, warehousing and disposal of an inventory in excess of $615M), transportation (including procurement and life cycle management of a fleet of over 600 vehicles), electrical and mechanical engineering maintenance and logistics operations across all four Atlantic provinces.Additionally, was directly responsible for the training and succession planning of all Naval Logistics Officers employed within the East Coast Navy (with an annual intake of approximately 20-25 officers). This includes over 60 officer positions from entry level (with post-secondary qualifications) to Senior officer levels (with Post-graduate qualifications).

As Director Maritime Procurement, provided oversight of the management of over 179,000 NATO Stock Numbered line items with a replacement value of $2.5B.Additionally, provided key proactive leadership and revitalized seven diverse teams comprised of both civilian and military personnel and realized unprecedented retention and internal competition successes.
