Insight:Part of the team who built a semi-bespoke segmentation to represent our key audiences, and a portal for staff to use as an insight tool for targeted health advice, marketing and fundraising activities. I led the training and implementation of the segmentation in other teams and to new starters.Responsible for the running of quarterly meetings of the charity's Lay Advisory Panel - a volunteer group that functions as a strategic sounding board for the charity.Brand:Co-created Asthma UK's new Brand Toolkit, to represent the charity's visual identity and tone of voice. This project required me to meet diverse requirements from across teams, while also producing a coherent output that fully represented the style of the charity's external communications. Trained new staff on the key elements of the Toolkit, and managed the brand approvals process for all external communications.Developed and maintained quarterly brand tracking measures, working with our agency partners nfpSynergy. Measures included brand awareness, propensity to donate, attitudinal statements and key messages - and were used as insight across teams and in business reporting.Media buying and supporter acquisition:Coordinated large-scale digital media buying projects, a new strategy for the charity. These included an email campaign to provide health advice for parents of children with asthma, pivoting to acquisition and a donation ask. Helped to manage the media buying strategy and email product creation pre-campaign, then managed the buying tactics and creative according to response rates. Responsible for the project evaluation of the activity; response rates to adverts, emails click-throughs and donation asks by segment. This work was used as a blueprint for further activity of this type.Internal Communications:Managed numerous planning meetings for the leadership team, responding quickly to changing circumstances to ensure the productivity of these internal communications.

Voluntary teaching conducted in Spanish (25-30 hours weekly).
