This gave me a clear brief of working with independent retailers and community stakeholders in food and convenience shopping accounts, major grocery shopping outlets such as Sainsbury and Tesco and national accounts such as WHSmith, Subway and Boots.The key goal for the role was to increase the Coca Cola brands product distribution and availability, their visibility in these accounts and create or support promotional activity to increase tale of sale.I was able to operate a budget for point of sale to support this activation in outlets and for major routes to venues I agreed additional branded sales tools and visibility presence such hawking equipment and outdoor branding.During the games specifically I managed teams of workers who maintained availability through product replenishment and participated in active selling of the products at account on route to the venues and in destination areas for refreshment after.Post games I participated in a clear analysis of the success and sustainability of the partnerships built to use as a template for further expansion of this type of role to develop in other areas and locations within the business.
