I am currently the General Manager of Wood Hall Hotel & Spa near Wetherby, leading a settled senior management team, with a focus on quality and service to deliver four red star standards, whilst achieving consistent results. With over 28 years of senior roles within hospitality and hotels. I consider myself to be a vibrant, loyal and honest person who can work well alone and in a team environment. I have the ability to motivate a team to deliver positive results and have the skills to communicate comfortably at all levels, ensuring an excellent working environment. Having commuted from Scotland for over four years, I have made the decision to return home to be with my family. On a personal level I am devoted to my family and most of my free time is taken up with children’s activities.
