Requested to investigate and potentially turn around two failing departments. Immediately assessed and updated process for the Architectural Design (AD) and Interior Design (ID) departments then restructured and streamlined the personnel. Achieved immediate positive effect within AD, which achieved its monthly targets after three months. After in-depth assessment it was deemed was not viable to recover the ID department which was subsequently closed.

Recognised an opportunity to offer Audio Visual (AV) services within the business. Formed and grew the AV department from scratch, achieving profit in each year with £900k in sales in its 4th year. Having no previous experience in AV, it required significant research and training to deliver a credible and respectable product for our clients, which was achieved within six months of the department's conception.

Managed, at peak, six residential refurbishment projects with values ranging from £100,000 up to £1 million. Responsible for project delivery, trade and customer liaison, logistics and budget.

Utilised a first-rate understanding of the threat and strategic objective, combined with strong analytical and communication skills to create effective intelligence reports. Employed exceptional emotional skills as a Trauma Risk Management practitioner.

40 Commando Rm, Taunton

Operations Officer responsible for delivering training, organisation of complex military exercises, career management and welfare support for 120 Marines. Engaged with local authorities at the highest level in order to plan a high-profile ceremonial parade, in Gibraltar, for 500 Marines.

Planned and conducted strategic Naval boarding operations in hostile waters.
