- Continued the Oversight of the development of the Royal Marines' Reserve (RMR) Training Program. This project has now both developed the manner in which the RMR trains as well streamlining the 4 independent Unit's programs into a single efficient training pipeline.- Managed the Selection, Induction, Training, Specialised Training and onward deployment of over 100 individuals.- Developed two new capabilities for the RMR which both offers the Reservists some interesting opportunities as well as further enhancing the RMR's abilities.- Managed links with numerous organisations within the City of London, developing links for the wider Royal Marines.

Portsmouth, United Kingdom

- Responsible for the Co-ordination of Training in the Royal Marines Reserve. This involved the management of and liaison with 4 Major Units and over 20 Sub-Units Nationwide.- Commenced and managed a project to both develop the Royal Marines' Reserve Training program and shorten it from 24 months to 16. This complex project also ensured training assurance and encouraged training synergy between the 4 independent Units.- Acted as the Administration Officer to the Headquarters. This role included the responsibility to make sure that over 50 individuals were both paid and administered satisfactorily despite being spread over the United Kingdom.

Ctcrm, Lympstone

- Responsible for the Training, Mentoring and Welfare over 60 Recruits. From their first day in the Military to finishing training as Royal Marines Commandos.- Management of an experienced training team of up to 8 Instructors.- Lead to one of the highest past rates in the last 10 years.

Plymouth, Taunton

- Employed in various locations as a Royal Marines Troop Commander.- Responsible for the training, welfare and management of up to 60 marines of all ages and experience. - Deployed twice to Afghanistan and conducted full spectrum of combat operations ranging from reassurance of the local population to deliberate assault operations.- Helped to manage and develop the training program for 500 ranks on an Exercise in SE Asia. This included dealing with both foreign Military Organisations as well as Multi-National Companies like Shell.- For 8 months stood up as a Company second in Command. Responsibilities included: • Planning and Co-Ordinating Company training for more than 100 Marines in preparation an operational Tour. • Managing the Company’s equipment maintenance and care programme. • Mentoring and professional guidance for Three young officers direct from initial training

• Commissioned into the Royal Marines as a Second Lieutenant. • Completed demanding specialist training in doctrine, basic military skills.
