Chris Moretti is a co-founder and Director BlueStone Consulting, LLC at BlueStone Consulting LLC. Colleagues describe them as "I have known Chris Moretti for at least 15 years. Throughout this time, we worked on a couple of initiatives together. The first was a major undertaking in which he was one of the managers charged with the implementation of Dick’s Sporting Good’s merchandising system (the largest system that we have). Specifically he worked with me to ensure that the merchandising system was providing everything that I needed to keep my system operational when the new system replaced the old one. The second was a little more recently when the Dick’s Product Development team replaced their sourcing system. Again we partnered to ensure that all interfaces between the two systems functioned as expected. Chris is an outwardly friendly and helpful person who is eager to learn new skills. He has managed several folks throughout his time at Dick’s and is dedicated to their growth and well-being. Although Chris is usually not the technical lead on his projects, he will show support for the technical staff by being readily available if not physically present during technical issues in case they encounter a roadblock in which he can assist. The upgrade was very complex due to the amount of customization's that DSG had as well as the version they were upgrading from. Chris proved to be a strong leader who supported the team with quick decision making and his ability to pull the right people together for quick resolutions when needed. His leadership kept the team progressing forward in order to meet the projects scheduled deadlines.
