I has overseen and been involved in a diverse range of building activities for both traditional residential construction, commercial construction, and remedial projects. I originated in the building industry as an apprentice carpenter and joiner, through to working tradesman, foreman, construction manager, and as a Director of a previous business, before launching Combined Building Services in November 2015. My experience includes managing up to 50 site personnel on multiple sites for a variety of construction/rectification projects, backed by strong credentials and a proven history of on time, on budget, and high quality project completions. Success has come from being a hands on manager with a diverse knowledge of the job and industry. As the principal and managing director of Combined Building Services, I have brought together my personal strengths, and the strengths of others to continue to provide a high level of expertise and quality results for his clients.

I worked for Premier Waterproofing for 20 Years and during that time took on many roles from trade work, site supervision, project management, scheduling and contract management, Safety management to return to work coordinator. Achievements:* Ran 20 simultaneous contracts from a range of clients; * Set up and implemented management systems and controls;* Ran Various Project values of up to $1.5 million per job; and * Completion sign off and hand over.Responsibilities included:* Developed and designed concepts to completion; * Maintaining Client relationship; * Implementing/monitoring safety and work practices.* Project management, Site Supervision and scheduling. * Contract management and estimating;* Hiring of resources and engaging / vetting external contractors where necessary;* Organised, controlled, supervised and planned the site based activities and to ensure that building and rectification works were carried out efficiently, safely, and to the specified standard of quality;* Business management;* Conflict resolution; and* Stock control.

My apprenticeship included residential construction, residential renovation, commercial fit out and construction and industrial construction.
