Chris is the Head of Information Security and Risk for Kiandra and is responsible for managing cyber risk, maintaining Kiandra's ISO27001 certification and helping ensure the solutions we deliver with our clients keep pace with modern security threats. Following the sale of Kiandra's Technology Services business to Nexon Asia Pacific, Chris was the Strategic Resilience Manager at Greenfleet, he was tasked with developing an organisational resilience plan and ten-year strategic plan through 2030 by collaborating with the Greenfleet Board of Directors, CEO and environmental experts. These programs of work highlighted key areas of risk and opportunity to be managed and delivered by the Executive team.Chris was previously the Director – Technology Services at Kiandra IT with responsibility for Kiandra’s capabilities and services across technology consulting, cybersecurity and managed services. In this role Chris also led Kiandra’s quality and delivery capabilities nationally and was responsible for account management and business development for key strategic accounts. Chris led the infrastructure team’s solutions with a strong focus on Kiandra's cloud strategy and security consulting capability to ensure Kiandra’s services portfolio met the complex and rapidly changing demands of its clients.Since starting with Kiandra in 1999 he has managed the technical and sales teams and has always enjoyed being front-and-centre with clients.Before his time at Kiandra Chris held a range of account management, pre-sales, technical writing and desktop publishing roles with some of Australia’s largest, national organisations. Leveraging the skills and expertise gained from these roles, Chris uncovered a deep entrepreneurial flair and began honing his business and management skills, running a successful desktop publishing and graphic design business.Chris is an active participant in the tech community and regularly presents on IT strategy, cloud and security, and is a judge in the renowned ARN ICT Industry Awards.
