E11even Management Inc. is a national soccer consulting firm, with a team of dedicated professionals, specializing in Organization, Player, and Event Management.We work with amateur soccer organizations to: - Create and deliver a long term soccer strategy - Establish a strong, complimentary, technical and operational structure - Identify and recruit key staff positions We work with professional clubs to: - Scout and recruit Canadian talent We work with players to: - Clarify the player pathway/educate on opportunities in soccer- Assist in the promotion and placement of players (university/college, professional)- Prepare for the transition to university/college and professional soccer.

- Lead all aspects of the Coastal FC's operations to ensure that programs and activities are efficient, effective and meeting the needs of club membership- Co-ordination and prioritization of staff work, assessment of optimal staff structures and program delivery models, retention and motivation of volunteers, marketing and revenue generation and facilities and event management.- Work with the Board of Directors and Executive Committee on the development and execution of new strategies
