I am currently the Commercial Manager for Ideal Building Systems who are an offsite, modular building supplier. I am responsible for providing accurate cost estimates and ensuring healthy profit margins are maintained on all contracts.In order to achieve this I have developed close working relationships with my fellow employees and sub-contractors.I am experienced in providing cost analysis and justifications of costs to clients. I am also skilled in providing analysis of estimated costs against actual costs on all completed contracts and use this information to ensure that future estimates are as accurate as possible.Over my 15 years In the modular building industry I have developed some very useful contacts with suppliers, sub-contractors and potential clients.
