Chris Mutter is an industry leader known for producing game-changing environments that stimulate the economy. He began his career at HGOR, and for the past 24 years, he has utilized both a strong business mind and belief in thorough analyses of culture and context as his guiding attributes to deliver state-of-the-art designs, and planning solutions that dramatically impact communities, urban developments, and some of the nation’s leading corporate campuses, such as Coca-Cola, Cox Enterprises, Spanx, Time Warner, UPS, Lowe’s, NCR Headquarters and Turner Entertainment. As a principal at HGOR, Chris focuses on large, complex projects emphasizing sustainability and is passionate about elevating spaces to create a stimulating environment for the end user, ultimately maximizing the human experience. Chris’ extensive background in multi-functional mixed-use environments has prepared him for his current project, Assembly Atlanta, which blends mixed-use and park spaces within a filmable studio environment and is expected to positively impact Georgia’s economy by providing over 4,000 jobs and becoming a local and tourist destination. Because of Chris’ innate ability to capture the essence of the developer’s vision from the start, initially coined ‘the idea of the idea,’ and talent for giving life to these concepts through progressive designs, this project is changing the film industry in Atlanta and the economy of Georgia.
