Western Sydney Airport - Air Craft Pavements (ACP) ProjectRole Responsibilities and Achievements;- Coordinate daily material needs for the site anywhere between 2,000T – 10,000T a day- Maintain focus on the production rates of 2 pugmills and concrete batch plant on site and supply with additional material- Aline with quarry suppliers contracts and maintain a positive relationship throughout the journey of the project - Successfully delivered over 1.4m Tonnes of A-Grade Quarry Materials and Tunnel Sandstone to complete WSA-ACP Project in a timely manner that aligns with project milestones- Manage subcontractors hauling quarry materials - Manage overall concrete material import to site- Control HVNL & COR Management of heavy vehicles being used to deliver quarry materials- Involved in contract reviews and tendering for price changes on haulage costs throughout the job- Approve subcontractor end of month claims with project engineers and commercial team- Document all material imports, tracking through created spreadsheets and applications- Regularly check in with SPE’s and Project Managers to make sure progress on the project is on track- Look for new opportunities for subcontractors and materials required for project - Discuss quarry operations with suppliers and regularly check in to make sure their quarry production is moving alongside the expected production rates on site- Main contact for Virtual Superintendent (external material and production tracking tool) on site and manage the overall use of the application

Metro Sydney CBD Account Manager Role Responsibilities and Achievements;- Maintain a sharp focus to identify and win new business within existing and new customers- Discuss upcoming development of monthly sales forecasts/pipelines and customer demand- Generate new business through the promotion of the company’s services to clients- Analyse, review and recommend pricing structures for all accounts under region- Meet revenue targets by building out and managing a pipeline of qualified new sales opportunities across all customers - Build rapport and trusted relationships with customers and staff to continue to work towards a common goal - Work with all Tier 1,2,3, and 4 construction companies throughout NSW- Have an acute understanding of all products available for sale with Boral Quarries and Boral Recycling as well as the broader market (for key pricing & availability appreciation)- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple platforms to ensure smooth implementation of any new business into the facility- Discuss customer outcomes with all parties within Boral (Operations, Accounts, Sales)

Quarry Sales Supervisor - NSW Metro RegionRole Responsibilities& Achievements;- Balancing competing priorities and deadlines working for/with multiple departments- Manage a busy switchboard of incoming calls and correspondence including determining nature of request and redirecting as appropriate- Assist coordinating quarry deliveries with internal transport and external haulage contractors- Extensive use of Outlook to include individual / shared inbox and calendar management, enabling the seamless coordination of internal and external stake holders to ensure the schedule is focused on critical issues- Coordinate communications, track and follow up on requests, and identify those of importance which require immediate attention- Liaise with trucking and ensure efficient provision of resources across Boral network- Ensure and maintain confidentiality of all communications and documentation- Discussing stock levels and product issues directly with operational staff e.g. Quarry Managers- Quotes for ACCOUNT / COD customers and any other conversations happening involving external Sales - Handling difficult customer complaints- Attend meetings as required with Operations and Sales to ensure efficient running of operations- Continue to monitor employee wellbeing within the team- Bring on new team members if required and let low performing team members go- Attend interviews and be an active controller in the interview- Collect team performance stats on a Weekly and Monthly basis- Respond to request for invoices (RFI) when called upon- Communicate directly with various departments to guarantee the best result to both Boral and external stakeholders to meet customer demand - Active Involvement with future updates for the systems used- Ensuring a safe environment for staff and customers- Update customer ID’s on CRM software and fully understand the capabilities of the system with searching for contacts

Play Centre ManagerRole Responsibilities;- Preparation of outgoing correspondence, submissions and reports as required including briefing notes, letters to stakeholders - Maintain register of incoming and outgoing correspondence- Reconcile credit card statements- Induction and training of new administration staff- Administration support as required- Greet visitors entering facility, determine nature of the visit and direct them to appropriate destination - Induction and training of new staff members- Monitor the delivery of incoming orders including timely receipt of order confirmations, shipment bookings and documentation, stock take and stock control- Handling difficult customer complaints using Ultimate Sydney Play Centre’s customer recovery plan- Ensuring 100% Customer Satisfaction as per required standards- Reporting and documentation of incidents- Ensuring a safe environment for staff and customers- Oversight of 3 to 7x staff personnel at anytime
